Allen® is based in New York and accepts orders from the United States and internationally. These terms apply to purchases from all3n.nyc. For order or policy questions, contact allen@all3n.nyc.

Orders

Please review your items, sizes and delivery address before ordering. Prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. If we cannot fulfill an order or cancel it because of an error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Processing & Shipping

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time. Available shipping services, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Preorders follow the estimated shipping window stated on the product page when you order, instead of the standard processing time. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and obtain your agreement to the delay or provide a refund as required by law.

For international orders, customs processing may affect delivery. Import duties and taxes not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed, except where required by applicable law.

This policy does not restrict your legal rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods, or any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Contact allen@all3n.nyc with your order number and details of the issue.

Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, including qualifying EU online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Email allen@all3n.nyc to exercise that right and obtain return instructions; our approval is not a condition of exercising it. You pay the direct return shipping cost unless the goods are faulty or the law requires otherwise.

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refunded unless required by law. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where legally permitted.

Website Content & Terms

Website artwork, photography and other content remain the property of their respective owners. Commercial reuse requires permission. New York law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory protections where you live. Updates apply to future orders; the terms provided when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.
